On my insurance agent's recommendation, I hired Sam to do a soft wash of my roof. And I am so glad that I did. He did an excellent job. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very cordial. And his work was professional, thorough, and neat. He worked diligently and quietly and his communication skills were exceptional. He kept in touch with me from our first contact through completion of the job. Within minutes of finishing up, I received by email a copy of the invoice and several pictures of my roof, enough to persuade the insurance company's underwriters to reinstate my homeowner's policy. Stellar service. When others were not available, same day pressure wash responded quickly and presented as ready to complete the work. A quote was sent to me immediately and I found the communication easy. They also sent samples of their work so it was easy for me to choose them. I will definitely contact them in the future for whatever I need.

5 STARS!! When my neighbor's 8-year-kid decided to come over and spray paint my driveway/rocks and swing set with orange spray paint (fun times!), I panicked and called Sam. He told me time was of the essence, but came over right away and was able to get it out in under an hour using a combination of professional pressure washing and a special cleaning solution (nothing I tried was working)! He was efficient and friendly, and said if I needed anything I could always reach out. Highly recommend this company! :)

I am on the HOA for a mid-rise condo building and we were doing drain work in the parking garage that caused a mess. We contacted Sam and he came out with a few hours notice and did a fantastic job cleaning the parking garage floor. Spent a lot of time on some of our problem areas. He charged a very reasonable price and is a super friendly guy too!

Sam was one of the kindest most responsive workers I've ever had in my home. He went above and beyond just power washing by getting on hands and knees to clean bricks. That effort was very much appreciated as it was a tricky job. I'd highly recommend him.

From solar panel cleaning to exterior structure washing (as in clearing away the dirt, debris, cobwebs, etc. that collects on house panelling and stucco between the random rains and the Santa Ana winds), to turf sanitizing, and gutters clearing, Sam does it all.
Sam does high quality work and is a great communicator, which makes the quoting, scheduling, and on-going maintenance process easy.

Sam, the owner, is an all around great person. He goes above and beyond in the work that he does. I will continue to use Sam for my pressure wash for my buildings and grounds in the future.

Sam was a total hero to show up on short notice and pressure wash the mural wall across the street from Skyline hills Library. It had been vandalized with bad language graffiti in black spray paint months ago..

This power wash team is stellar !!!
We run a local trash company, Universal Waste Systems, and sometimes breakdowns or trash spillage happen on the street or HOA's. Sam and his team were able to power wash all of the stains on the ground from oil and actually made it look like new. Not only were we happy with his work but also our customers that we service.

I tell you what. If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would. I live in Escondido and within an hour of contacting Same Day Pressure Wash, they had Sam at my home. Within 15 minutes I had a quote. I booked right then and there since they beat the 2 other companies I received quotes from. What was even better than the price was the product. My terracotta tile roofing didn't look good the day I moved in. Thank you Sam and Same Day Pressure Wash. I'll definitely be contacting you for the next job.
